Neicey’s experiences
include more than 15 years managerial and
planning experience in non-profit organizations,
Medicaid, Medicare and commercial Managed Care
with an emphasis on organizational management,
healthcare utilization and disease state
management, clinical and administrative quality
improvement, new program and services
development, and provider network development
and servicing.
Neicey’s particular
strengths are in Business Practice Management
and Medical Management including, policy, and
infrastructure planning and development for low
income, uninsured, disabled and other special
needs populations. Her expertise includes
organizational compliance, including government
and regulatory relations, client profiling and
reporting, community and staff education and
training, and business process improvement.
Neicey is an active
participant of several community-based business
Boards. She has been a certified as a
professional trainer and workforce development
facilitator by Langvin Learning Services and
Development Dimensions International.
Neicey has a B.S.N.
in Nursing from the University of Alabama at
Birmingham and a Juris Doctorate from the
Birmingham School of Law. She is currently
licensed to practice law in the state of Alabama
and nursing in the states of Alabama and
Georgia. Her passion is to develop leaders and
empower workforces. |
